Welcome to my page! My name is Pearl Pajo. I`m from the Philippines. I started working as an ALT and was offered to work in the HR Department. My major of studies was about Human Resources Development Management and I was very interested in working in this department and the company gave it to me!! My job as your recruiter is to introduce you to our sales coordinator of a city that you are interested in helping students and I help you to become an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan. I also assist in training and help you better understand your role as an ALT.
I look for candidates who have a passion for teaching and willing to help students better understand English in a fun and exciting way.
